We do offer our delivery within the Kitchener, Waterloo & Cambridge areas. Please call us to check if we can deliver to your location. We deliver to the rest of Canada as well using Canada Post.

Express orders are processed within 30 minutes and delivered within 2 hours. All Normal orders placed before 5:00 PM will be delivered between 5:30 PM and 9:00 PM on the same day. However, Orders placed after 5:00 PM shall be carried forward for the next day. Canada Post deliveries will take 3-5 business days.

Order below $49.99 (before Tax) will be charged a flat rate of $5.99 Order between 49.99-99.99(before Tax) will be charged a flat rate of $4.99 Order above $100.00(before Tax) qualify for FREE Delivery.

The delivery fees are standard set by Canada Post.

In case you received a damaged or expired product, you are entitled for a free return/replacement in-store within 48 hours of Delivery. Holidays Exempted. NOTE: We do not cover liability for dairy or frozen items shipped through Canada Post delivery.

Orders can only be cancelled if done within 30 minutes of placing the order. For more help please feel free to give us a call.
